This is a 180-hour course curriculum for Retail and Sales Certification
Customer Service and Sale
Learners will master customer service and sales skill, including understanding the customer life cycle, developing effective strategies to engage customers, assessing customer needs, and closing sales. The course also covers best practices for building resumes and navigating job searches. Students are prepared to work as commercial or residential service representatives in positions in major department stores, collection agencies, credit bureaus, airlines, travel agencies, medical insurance agencies, public utilities and telephone answering services. Those who complete the training are prepared for the related certification exam (included).
