3 Steps to your course login.
Step 1: Application

Your registration will be complete upon submitting your application and payment. Your course instructor will email you a registration confirmation, course login, and course schedule at least one week prior to your course start date.
Step 2: Payment
Course Fee: $ 1,200.
Payment may be made in two installments: 1/2 at time of registration and 1/2 upon Start date of ClassPayment options are certified check, money order, or Paypal.

If you choose not to register online, print and fill out the application form and mail it with your payment to:

Please note: ALL FCD training fees are non-refundable.
Another professional may be substituted if registered by the second training date for no additional cost.
