Sharadora Leslie-Sisco is the Founder of Living Your Purpose Visionary LLC. (LYP Visionary) a career development resource designed to guide you on the path to your purpose. She is a Founding Member and Vice President of the Local Economic & Technology Strategies to Advance our Communities Together (LETSACT America Foundation). She is also a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) by the Center for Credentialing Education (CCE) plus Facilitator Instructor and Certified Career Service Provider by the National Career Development Association and an Adjunct Instructor for Rowan College. She received her undergraduate in Business in Technology and Master’s degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Sharadora is the Adult Basic Educational Program Coordinator and Administrator for the College and Career Readiness Program at District 1199C Training & Upgrading Fund. Sharadora works in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development for the State of New Jersey Workforce 55+ initiative conducting programming to benefit financial literacy, career path development and barrier identification.
Sharadora has helped thousands of students’ become aware of the broad range of available careers that meet the evolving needs of the workplace. She has helped connect their interests and skills to an educational pathway that leads to rewarding opportunities in their career choices. Moreover, she has worked with several organizations and nonprofits to create a system that would promote ongoing client self–sufficiency by identifying applicable resources. In addition, Sharadora serves as a specialist in business, professional, and youth development.
